"I feel Malady should be removed entirely. It's only useful on a handful of champions, and even then barely so.
Madred's Bloodrazor is too cost-inefficient right now, but it should be buffed as Xenasis said, not replaced. Kitae's is okay for Dominion, but would be near useless in Rift."
