"I really can't recommend this item. Sure, Talisman of Ascension's active is better than Face of the Mountain's, but it isn't that much better, and you sacrifice any early game stats by getting this, which is a huge disadvantage in bot lane."

What? Weak? Annie's the easiest champ in the game to play, because she's got insane burst damage, even more range than Anivia, very low mana costs, a powerful AoE stun, etc., etc. Annie's one...

"I wish it took a Blasting Wand instead of a Needlessly Large Rod. Seeing as this is a defensive item, it seems strange that it gives such a huge amount of AP. I'd like it a lot more if it gave 80 AP and cost considerably less."
