The thing about Vlad is to keep your spam up onto him and you might wanna go Twin Fangs first, thing is you have to beat him in early levels because he gets really powerful 6-9 or so. Try to get him early 4-5 and disallow him the farm.

"+1, loved the guide it is really detailed, although just few minor typing mistakes, like at Phantom Dancer section you mixed up words tank and gank.
As for one more thing, you might wanna give cheat sheet build a little fix, maybe put Phantom Dancer sooner, just a suggestion.
