Posted a Comment: Aug 27th, 2011 "Chalice of Harmony is really useless on any champion. The mana regen doesn't go over 25/ per 5 until you're well over 1.5k+ mana. It's a better option to get a Tear or something else."

The guide is just displaying false data because of Vlad's passive. :p Also about Lich Bane... it's not very reliable "
