It sounds like your biggest problem is that you are new, try and play very simple champions in each role until you have a decent grasp on how to play them. Try annie as an ap mid, try Nasus up top, and try someone like WW in the jungle.

It sounds like your biggest issue is fulfilling other roles, particularly top. Diana "can" got top but there are better options now. You clearly like to have huge effects on teamfight outcomes and it sounds like you need a bit of a defensive buffer to forgive any positioning"
