"Well lee sin doesn't need "hard" cc to excel, he does just fine working with slows, using the active of Randuin's omen is usually enough to devastate a team. Building him a little stocky with percentage based attack items works really well.

You could pick up Irelia and start playing her top and possibly mid. She has a lot of that in and out power that you can see in jax and kat, but can do better with a stockier build, which might keep you from feeding as easily.

Singed and Volibear can essentially pull the same rolls and sejuani without getting all that negative appeal right off the bat.
Singed less so in the jungle, but top he does just fine. And in bronze you are bound to get a few people dumb enough to chase singed.
