It is very hard to switch from playing jungle to adc because your mind is on a completely different wavelength. Jungling mindset says "gank gank gank" vs ADC which is "CS CS CS"
If you played a high mobility mid that might be a decent transition from jungle, but A"

For a more agressive pick you could try Vayne, she might jsut be a perfect ADC match up for you, support: sticking with janna would work find, jsut try adjusting her build to mix things up, alternatively you could try Lulu

You could give alistar a try for a little while, instead of building him flat support, pick up a rod of ages or something like that to bulk him up and give him a bit of power, you might enjoy some of those combos of his, aggressive and defensive ;)
