I'm quite new to this game you see, and I thought for a minute you got 15% extra cooldown reduction on your abilities when you had 9-0-21 masteries, not your summone"

Posted a Comment: "Nice build, but a quick suggestion: If you choose 9-0-21 masteries instead of 21-0-9, you will get more cooldown reduction, and then you can switch out The Brutalizer with a more useful item."
