"The new Ryze changes are both buffs and nerfs.
The mana ratios are getting slightly nerfed, while his spell flux and ultimate is getting buffed.
Now, RoA is his main item besides Archangels Staff. He will still deal out a lot of damage, but less. AP will be a big part in his damage.

"Hi! I like your guide, well explained. There are a couple of problems though.
The Utility mastery tree has 2 points in Expanded Mind while 3 points in Meditation. I recommend removing the warding mastery and putting the point in expanded mind. You need 3 points in that part"
