"Why that BF? I'd just remove it and put a wit's end as your 2nd item (after boots). Getting spirit visage so quick isn't good. You don't do damage with your ultimate without at least one proc item. IMHO Wit's End is by far better than Ionic Spark. 40dmg any hit or 100 every 4 hits? and the magi"
