"Good banners and nicely written. I would hold off on the double dividers though as they make it look cluttered. Give your guide a bit more space to breathe, so to speak. I had that problem with my guide too but it's amazing what a few line breaks can do."

"Nicely written and well formatted. Avoid using random colours in the later sections as it does get a bit annoying though.
Also you should have turned on Require Comment to Vote as it looks like you got troll voted a lot and in my opinion the guide should be at least 70% by now.
