I won rank games in diamond 1 with adc lulu but at the end of the day that doesn't say much either. :/
I feel like he's solid though and there is certain part of Lulu's kit that no other adc has."

"You see people use frozen mallet for adcs because it gives you health and some cc to kite. Since lulu has a lot of cc already he doesn't really need the cc and benefits more from health + defensive stat like randiuns"
