"ummm i dont have any complain about the item's but those runes... its better 12 Armor P marks and 3 AD quints, dont get me wrong its good to have some high AD at the start but as fast as the enemy build armward and some hp items its become hard to kill.
also could u explain me how the hydra work"

"i just want to say your mastery tree is a lil bad this build isn't for ad teemo is for an AS teemo u don't need armor penetration u need magic penetration all those items works with your E try this mastery tree 9-21-0

a lil hard when is vs irelia - talon - xin - jax but still op recently i do double kill against jax and taric in top with this build
