This might work for them in bronze, or even normal. This guide says nothing about it being ranked. He doesn't need to go all out damage, like I said, he can swit"

Early game he might be doing nothing, but late game he is going to be going a AP Carry. Just because his play style doesn't work for you, it doesn't mean it won't work "
