Lich bane is based on your ap. 80(Lich bane) + approx 15 (runes and masteries) is only 95 bonus damage. With sheen, (2x your attack damage), by that time you have approx 100Attack damag"

Unless ALL their carries were either DPS or AD, I would not recommend it. Nor should you rush a FoN. Aegis sounds decent I suppose.
