Some things i've changed personally are switching the cape for warmog's armor. I find the extra 600 hp more benificial than the 40 dps from the cape. Also, instead of the amazing protection of Force of Nature"

This is the build that works all throughout the game and has enough versatility to meet most opposing teams. Granted, you cannot win every fight, but this will at least get you darn close.
