Posted a Comment: "As far as I know abilities that deal damage fall into 3 categories. Physical Damage. Magic Damage. True Damage. Physical damage IS affected by armor pen/reduction. Magic damage IS affected by spell pen/reduction. True damage can NOT be negated by resists. "
