"She's an oddball counter pick to some tops/mids. But overall her mana costs are too high and her utility is only beneficial with large amounts of AP. Unlike Alistar/Sona/Soraka/Janna who, without large amounts of AP/mana can do their jobs effectively. "

"We already have a set of champions each week who get to be free. This idea takes that, warps it, and overall would ruin it.
IP is best reserved for additional things like, buying a champion/rune page/runes
RP is best reserved for buying champions/skins/boosts.
