"Nocturne over Skarner. Skarner's early game is too dependent on blue buff which means IF you die and lose blue or it's stolen...You're kinda useless.
As well Noc's ulti has so much utility if you know how to use it. Skarner means you can grab their carry, but if they get QSS you're worthless.

"Irelia is fine as is...They've done enough. People that think she's still OP probably are just mad because they can't beat her when they see her. Or they play some different role rather than top and watch her get fed by their teammates. "

The one class that I've played so far which seems to need some love is the Witch Doctor. Though stuff will probably change, the Witch Doctor's abilities are rather useless...For example "Corpse Spider Jar"....you hurl a jar of spiders at your oppone"
