Posted a Comment: Jan 28th, 2012 "Zell....All champions have ability scaling. What Necro is getting at are champs who convert HP/Mana/Armor/MR/AS etc into other stats. Vlad is AP to HP and HP to AP Ryze is Mana to damage etc. "

Secondly its 4 percent....if you're so upset start with the brawlers glove problem solved. Was it a nice mastery? Yeah, in the long run does it matter?
