"Was it a NA or EU ban; meaning NA v EU or NA v NA or EU v EU (or whatever other possibilities)? Considering Heimer's overall weak skill set: Grenade speed needs a buff, rockets are "ok", turrets are considerably bad and out ranged easily (used to be better ofc). Heimer's ulti is outdated. "

IDK it'll be interesting with on hit builds...But it's not going to be like IE is for AD champs, where you just have to have it otherwise you're not going to have the right amount of damage end game. Just something new to use, which is quite exciting, but not ground break"
