"Nasus is just good in general. Durable in lane, awesome utility with Wither. His mana munchiness early game is bad, but overall he's a good champ to lane with but he's better solo top imo :P "

"Sounds like an expensive build with no durability.
Shaco being by far the squishiest Assassin in the game it might not be worth it.
You're weighing potential burst (which as an assassin is good) versus durability (which overall is good).
