"If you want to update her kit it's rather straight forward. (Bad ideas incoming)
Make her AAs apply her slow as her passive; increasing the %slow at certain levels.
Make what used to be "frost shot" an AD steroid that scales with crit chance (kinda like Garen's Judgement).

"Depends if these top picks had their druthers of their best champs.
As well it would be more in line to divide top na and eu players by region.
Considering they mainly play against each other in tournaments and occassionally scrim.
