Almost every ranged AD carry has the same deal "non AP" ratios or magic damage ski"

"Sivir never really interested me all that much.
Her kit was alright to me but her appearance and theme never really got me excited.
This buff doesn't look like it will put her on par with other AD carries, she'll just be a little more viable than she was before and it still won't be all that "
