She can out harass and out range Olaf.
Olaf could potentially out sustain her, but level 2 it's Noxious Blast+Twin Fang spam and Olaf has 1 ranged ability. Throw in Misama at 3 or 4 for the slow and Olaf's CS would be non-existent unless he likes to feed.

"Right I know that isn't, but QSS' active removes ALL (well like 98% of any and all debuffs summoner spell or champion abilities) debuffs including ignite/exhaust. So Mundo can pop his ulti get ignited then QSS it away. "
