"SoTD I can agree is situational, but solid lifesteal and crit+an MS active that an AD carry can use while having Exhaust on their focus as well? IMO EC is just ignored because people are all about the BF sword items. It's not situational, just underutilized. "

"Executioner's Calling is useful. It's a solid transitional life steal item if you're having trouble building your Blood Thirster. (I tend to get it on Tryndamere, and it works just fine) Additionally it will become a go to weapon once ignite no longer applies its mortal strike debuff. "
