I'd recommend Tri-Force or Frozen Mallet, Brutalizer, Wit's End or Hexdrinker (into Maw), Aegis+Merc Treads. Then an additional item of your choice. Preferably one that gives you additional HP. "

"If you're doing extremely well, then I'd say go Assassin. If their team has a lot of beefy champs (mid to late game) then go Trinity force or Frozen Mallet bruiser. If you;re getting shat on, then build defensive+auras.
