The only thing I could think to tweak a bit to balance him out is the ulti. But I feel his supportive skills are solid and he has a bit of CC. The main strength is learning to manage his steam properly...I might add more to this. "

"He's like an AD nuke champ...Buckshot is quite strong they might reduce the damage from additional contact with the other projectiles to 30% from 35%. And Quickdraw will be nerfed....You almost don't need an AS item on him with it (and some AS runes). "
