Just because xerath has good mana regen early doesn't make up for the late game mana pool or costs he has. That is why I suggest tear into aa.
Mage chains is my hardest hitting skill that is true. But if you're getting close enough to actually use it a majority"

"It's how I do it. It's how I've owned nearly every game. But rather than spout off what you don't like about the build actually write something meaningful so I don't just take it as you disliking this "just because". What's your problem with tear? Maxing Mage Chains last etc? Give me somet"
