But I still think single target for Frost Bolt would be better. But the AoE WOULD deff make her different from Anivia which would be good.

"it's not a bad idea. The Health and the regen is great for sustain. But, I think it falls of, you might get a lane where being agressive would pay off more. But you won't be doing any serious damage. And some champs need that MP5 from the ring. "
