"Veigar should be mid....Unless you do AP+Support bot. (Viable in Veigars case with Taric or Soraka). If you let Veigar farm it's GG, end the game by 25-30 minutes and Veigar shouldn't have had the time to get into his "wheel-house" of AP farmage. "

I only dabbled with Talon a bit before I came to work. His burst damage is awesome for an AD champ. His survivability is lacking and his CDs are epicly long IMO at least up to level 15 they were.
He appears to be a well built and balanced champ. "

"I've found the way to keep the TF ulti as good as ever. Take Flash/Teleport as summoners and make sure your teammates drop 3 wards in each side lane once you're level 6. PROBLEM SOLVED :D
