Jarvan has a lot of defense and great poke.
Gragas has amazing range and should not run out of mana (REALLY hard to deny him)
Mordekaiser has Ironman....And short CDs, and Ironman....

Teemo: High mobility+shrooms
Yi: Short CD highest mobility in game (probably)
Tryn: Dominant DPS (weaker than he used to be but serviceable) capable of handling a lot of different situations
Singed: Rather unkillable and can just run laps around the map all day.
