"I love Veigar. I've had many amazing games with him.
It's not that his skill set is lacking (it isn't it's a great skill set).
But here are some of the reasons at higher ELO why Veigar is currently NOT viable.
Early Game sucks; his mana costs are too high and his passive does not compensat"

"I don't think it's a bug. It's simply the range indicator of the skill is not set to the right length or it's an intentional set up. Fiddle's ultimate for instance can be targeted JUST outside of his range finder and as long as I've played him it has always been able to do that. "
