"Deciding the theme and defining it are 2 different things. All it says is "colorful" the color is there he just desaturated it...I mean it is colorful

"Banshee's is a sound investment. I mentioned in the additional items portion that those are items you'll be getting anyway. (Boots+Deathcap) the literal core of the build what makes it work is the Rylais or RoA +WoA+AA
I'll edit the build to mention RoA or Rylai's is acceptable. "
