"The point was to nerf global teleports because of the amount of control it offered TF and panth. In terms of mobility panth and TF had the ability to go anywhere. "Yeah, it was pretty solid. Now it does basically nothing IMO. Most of the time it gets broken before he even finishes. They might need to rework it."
