"If you're not going for Triforce before 20-25 minutes don't even go for it imo. It's 4k late game you won't achieve.
You could do regrowth pendant-> philo stone->merc treads->triforce then build armor or MR as needed. But however you want to go is up to you. You're the one playing.

More ANSWERS TO TRYN REVAMP
Crit chance will be based on his Fury.
No more crit dmg benefit when HP low. But plus damage instead when his health is low.
Removed health cost from all abilities.
