you engage teamfights with ghost / flash + pulverize, no one uses ult to initiate

do you just mean like sort of element's tier list for champions but basically having the items regardless of situation/champion build (like, rating the item on it's own) or are you spliting it up based on your role (i.e mage, tank, etc)
