"Hi, thanks for the in-depth guide, but isn't stormrazor now a really bad item to rush first, as it has a weak baseline energized effect that is mainly meant to buff other energized effects? I was thinking infinity edge - rfc - stormrazor as the main setup, and I was hoping to get your feedback."
