Posted a Comment: "The main reason i swear by those items, is the iceborn gauntlet gives you armor + a slow + ap. The hextech revolver gives a slow, 150+ burst damage, additional punch on AA, lifesteal, spell vamp, and AP. I'll edit down some of the sections thanks for the vote!"
