Posted a Comment: "Getting a rod before boots - instant downrate. movement speed is the most important attribute you can get, especially early on. getting mejai's that late is very inconvenient. dont bother buying spellvamp with malzahar before getting rabadon's. this build isn't thought through at all. "

When it comes to runes i owuld use armor penetration combined with some attack damage or atta"
