"No, definitely not. ~2.6k Gold is way too expensive for 50% AS and that passive. On top of that you will just get 1shot 24/7 cause you lose a lot of tankiness compared to Cinderhulk. There is no alternative to Skirmisher's (Red Smite) + Cinderhulk."

Definitely start with Q all the time. The heal and the damage is just too good to not take it. Also you save smite that way. If you didn't get detected starting the buff, the chance of someone coming while u're fighting it is microscopic."
