"This is an interesting question, regardless of the fact that you should try to hit as much as possible, I can only give vague comparisons. Do note i only take 1 ability into consideration and no follow-up.

"From personal experience, I can say that a lot of the mage/poke support can really scale hard into lategame, if they use the right build, so you might want to consider adding some to the final category.
Regardless, it is still a good list."
