Posted a Comment: "hello,its couse with this new Talon u can deal some insane dmg in a second,then u get that mov.speed so enemy just cant run away and u are still close to him to hit some basics for the Bleed and extra dmg,enemy cant just run away,and in lane phase u are rly strong"
