"lichbane isn't bad as a very last item when you have over 500 or 600 ap, otherwise it's not worth it. vlad's Q and E can get down as low as 2 second recast and only need about 24% CDR to do so, so i would not get fiendish codex, and replace it with void staff.

"good guide overall, only problem is, after playing vladimir a lot ive learned you must get deathcap as your 1st or 2nd item, without it early you won't do any damage, so i would get it earlier, even before rylai because until you get it, your passive gives you enough health to do."
