Posted a Comment: "Yeah it doesn't do much though because they watered down yi so bad now everyone outdamages him anyway, so you lose that tiny bit of extra damage you would get from not going all tenacity. I have been doing something like this for years and it used to work really well, but yi is just so very weak now"
