I would place Teemo in B. He can either build for shroom damage or Q damage.
And Akali in A. She got nerfed a lot, but the way she is constructed , with her 4 dashes, still makes her a threat for any squishy top champs."

The only thing I would do is switch Cait with Senna, just because she has a bigger basic attack range and more attack speed too, so she is overall performing better as an ADC."
