It really helps make up for ekkos lack of power in the early game and can be the difference in winning an early fight, but some games there are better rune choices."

First clear on Ekko is hard since his passive got nerfed on jungle camps but you should be healing a lot of health from raptors with talisman. Scuttle crab heals you too when clearing it and is very easy to kill on "
