"I agree, adding Rabadon's Deathcap would increase the poke of the Hextech Missiles, however I tend to hold off on the missile poke as it costs a sh*t ton of mana to cast, and it isn't even fully reliable as it targets the 3 nearest enemies instead of prioritizing champions.
