I agree with ap though, if merc treads are your only mr item, they aren't going to save you if they go in for a kill, they're just going to slightly minimize the enemy's poke. In late game, the CDR will help a ton in getting you more stacks of st"

"It makes Udyr a useless tanky fish. If you play utility udyr it's probably useful. Also, you can tank dragon at level 3 with quil, so that's kind of great. "
