Posted a Comment: "Imo the info on Mordekaiser in the spreadsheet should be changed, phase rush is really bad vs him, since Sett needs the extra damage from his Hail of Blades attack speed or conq. A mord had a bramble vest, which didn't make any sense, and he still outdamaged me in every duel, while we both had early"
